Start by requesting a free consultation. You’ll complete intake, RN screening, and current labs. After Medical Director review, you’ll meet with the physician to discuss eligibility and appropriate options. If treatment is appropriate, the physician can prescribe the medication.
Do I meet with a physician before starting?
Yes. Every client completes a physician consultation before treatment. You’ll also have ongoing support from Vital Flow’s local RN team.
Are labs required before starting?
Yes. Current labs are required before treatment. We’ll explain what is needed and provide a secure way to submit existing results. Don’t send lab documents through the general consultation form, regular text, or regular email.
Do I have to give myself the injections?
No. You can take your medication home and self-inject once weekly after instruction, or add in-office RN support for $75/month and have a nurse administer the weekly injection and store the vial on-site.
What’s the difference between Semaglutide and Tirzepatide?

Where does the medication come from, and is Vitamin B6 included?
Vital Flow does not compound medication in the clinic. When a compounded prescription is appropriate, the physician writes a client-specific prescription that is filled by a separate pharmacy. The pharmacy includes Vitamin B6 to help with nausea. Individual side effects vary and should be reviewed with the RN team or Medical Director.
