Is IV therapy safe?

IV therapy is administered by licensed Registered Nurses under Medical Director oversight. Before treatment, clients complete an intake and review their goals and relevant health information with an RN. Any medical questions or safety concerns are escalated to our clinical team before we proceed.

How long does a treatment take?

Most standard IV drips typically run for 45-60 minutes once the IV is placed and the drip has started. Your full appointment may take longer because it can include check-in, intake forms, RN review, vitals, IV preparation, IV placement, checkout, and any questions. NAD+ IVs are longer and typically take 2-3 hours once the infusion has started. Vitamin injections are quick once the nurse is ready to administer them, but the full visit may still take a little longer.

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are strongly recommended because they reserve your spot and reduce wait times. Walk-ins are welcome when we have nurse availability, but there may be a wait. You can book an appointment online or contact us directly if you need help choosing a time.

Which IV drip should I choose?

Not sure which drip is the best fit? Ivy, our on-site chatbot, can help guide you based on your goals, whether you’re looking for hydration, energy, recovery, immune support, or overall wellness. You can also browse our IV therapy options to compare drips before booking. Ask Ivy

Do you accept HSA or FSA cards?
