Getting Started
What should I do before my visit?
Eat a light meal, drink water, and wear clothing with loose sleeves. Please complete your online intake before your appointment, including your health history and any current medications, so your nurse can review everything in advance. This helps ensure safe treatment and lets us determine if anything requires review by our medical director.
If you have any questions before your appointment, feel free to call or email us.
Read more on How It Works.
Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
Appointments are encouraged so a nurse is reserved for you. Walk‑ins are welcome when a nurse is available. For groups, please book ahead so we can prepare seats and supplies.
How do I choose the right treatment for my goals?
Start with your goal, for example energy, immune support, recovery, or beauty. Your nurse will recommend an IV formula or injection and can combine options in one visit. If you are new, a classic hydration and vitamin blend is a good starting point.
See our IV Therapy and Vitamin Injections menus, and review Vitamin Definitions & Benefits.
What are vitamin injections and when should I choose a shot instead of a drip?
Vitamin injections are quick intramuscular shots that deliver a focused nutrient such as B‑12, MIC, CoQ10, or D3. Choose a shot when you want a fast visit or a single nutrient boost. Choose a drip when you want multiple ingredients or hydration.
Explore options on our Vitamin Injections and IV Therapy pages.
What is IV therapy and how does it work?
IV therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, and minerals directly into the bloodstream for fast absorption. Clients choose from targeted formulas for energy, recovery, immunity, and wellness. A licensed nurse places the IV, you relax in our lounge, and most drips finish in under an hour.
Learn more on our IV Therapy and How It Works pages, and see ingredient details on Vitamin Definitions & Benefits.
Groups and Events
Do you offer mobile IV services?
Yes, we offer mobile service based on nurse availability and group size. Our standard mobile fee is $100 for locations within 20 minutes of our lounge. For locations beyond 20 minutes, a custom quote will apply. If your group includes four or more drips, we waive the mobile fee within that 20-minute radius.
Contact us with your date, location, and headcount so we can check availability and provide a quote.
How many people can you host and what is the space like?
Our lounge seats groups of roughly 10 to 15 with two private rooms and additional lounge seating. It is a modern, comfortable space with TVs. We can coordinate staggered start times for larger groups.

Do you host group appointments, parties, or corporate events?

Safety and Eligibility
Do I need lab work or a doctor’s note?
Routine lab work is not required for most wellness IVs and injections. Please include all relevant medical history and medications on your intake form, and let your nurse know if you’ve had any recent changes to your health. This helps us ensure your treatment is safe and appropriate, and allows us to consult our medical director when needed.
What is the minimum age?
Our minimum age for treatment is 14. All minors require a consultation and approval from our medical director, along with a parent or legal guardian present. We’ll review height, weight, and overall health before approving any IV or injection service to ensure it’s safe and appropriate.
Contact us with questions or to schedule a consult.
Can I get treatments if I am pregnant or nursing?
If you are pregnant, we take a more conservative approach than many clinics and only offer plain fluids, no added vitamins or medications, to ensure safety for you and your baby. If you are nursing, most of our treatments are considered safe, but our nurses will review everything with you and answer any concerns. If you’re unsure about any ingredients, you can always choose to pump and dump as an added precaution.
We’re happy to tailor your visit based on your provider’s recommendations. Just let us know if you have questions before your appointment.
Who should not get IV therapy or vitamin injections?
Some conditions may not be a fit, such as certain allergies to ingredients or severe kidney disease. We review your intake form in advance and, when needed, consult with our medical director to ensure treatment is safe and appropriate. If you’re unsure, we encourage you to speak with your physician as well.
See ingredients on Vitamin Definitions & Benefits.
Is IV therapy safe? Who administers treatments?
Treatments are performed by licensed registered nurses with oversight from our medical director. We review your intake form, check your vital signs, and confirm the service is appropriate before beginning. This ensures every treatment is administered safely and aligns with your goals.

Treatment Experience
Why not just take oral supplements?
Oral supplements must pass through your digestive system, which limits how much your body can absorb. IV drips and injections deliver nutrients directly into the bloodstream for faster, more efficient absorption—especially for clients with digestive issues or low baseline levels.
Your nurse can help you choose the right method based on your goals. Some clients use IVs and injections to boost levels quickly, then maintain with high-quality oral vitamins.
See IV Therapy and Vitamin Injections for more details.
Can I combine an IV drip and injections in one visit?
Yes. Clients often pair a quick injection with a drip for targeted support. Your nurse will help you choose an efficient combination.
Explore IV Therapy and Vitamin Injections.
How often should I get an IV or injection?
Frequency depends on your goals and the ingredients. Some clients come weekly during training or travel. Others visit monthly for maintenance. We can create a plan and recommend memberships when it makes sense.
See Memberships.
Are there side effects or downtime?
Mild soreness, slight bruising, or warmth can occur at the injection or IV site. Most clients resume normal activity right away. Rare reactions are possible with any procedure. Tell us about allergies or sensitivities before your visit.
How soon will I feel results and how long do they last?
Many clients feel benefits the same day or within 24 hours. Duration varies by formula, hydration status, sleep, and activity level. Your nurse can recommend a schedule that fits your goals.
Does it hurt to get an IV or injection?
Most clients describe a quick pinch when the IV or injection is started, but it’s generally very tolerable. Some IV drips may cause a cool sensation in the arm or a mild vitamin taste.
We warm IV bags for comfort and provide blankets if you feel chilly. Our licensed nurses check in with you throughout the treatment and can adjust anything that feels uncomfortable.
Read more on How It Works or explore our Hydration Lounge.
How long does an IV drip or injection take?
IV drips typically take about 45 to 60 minutes, but your full visit may run a bit longer to allow time for check-in, IV bag preparation, and checkout. The size of your veins can also affect the flow rate and total time needed. Most vitamin injections take under 5 minutes. Your nurse will guide you on the best option for your goals, and you can relax in the lounge during your visit.

Vitamin Injections
How long do vitamin injections last and how often should I get them?
Many clients feel benefits for days to weeks depending on the nutrient, routine, and lifestyle. Weekly to monthly is typical. We can adjust frequency after your first visit based on how you feel.
See Memberships.
Which injection is best for energy, immunity, or recovery?
For energy, many clients choose B‑12, MIC/B‑12, or CoQ10. MIC/B‑12 combines B‑12 with lipotropic compounds to support energy and metabolism. For immunity, our Mega Immune drip contains vitamin C, zinc, and glutathione for broad immune support. For recovery after workouts, travel, or illness, our Performance Recover drip includes an amino acid blend to support muscle repair and hydration.
Your nurse can help you choose the right injection or drip based on your goals and timeline.

What is Zofran and when should I consider it?
Zofran (ondansetron) is a fast-acting anti-nausea medication commonly used to treat nausea from migraines, stomach bugs, hangovers, or other causes. It can be added to your IV drip or given as a quick injection during your visit. Many clients choose Zofran when they want relief from nausea without drowsiness.
Your nurse will review your health history to confirm if Zofran is a safe option for you.
What is Toradol and when is it appropriate?
Toradol is a non‑opioid anti‑inflammatory medication offered by injection for short‑term relief in appropriate cases. Your nurse will review your intake, allergies, and any medications before administering.
See Vitamin Injections.
What is CoQ10 and when should I consider it?
CoQ10 is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy. Clients often choose it for training phases or when they want targeted energy support. Ask your nurse whether a shot or pairing with a drip is a better fit.
See Vitamin Injections.
What is MIC or MIC/B‑12 and how does it support goals?
MIC stands for methionine, inositol, and choline. These lipotropic compounds are often paired with B‑12. Clients choose MIC/B‑12 to support active lifestyles and wellness routines. Your nurse can advise on frequency based on your plan.
See Vitamin Injections.
What is the difference between a B‑12 shot and B‑complex?
A B‑12 shot focuses on one vitamin that supports red blood cell production and energy metabolism. B‑complex combines several B vitamins for broad support. Choose B‑12 for a direct B‑12 boost or B‑complex when you want a mix.
